I am working as Senior Systems Analyst and QA Auditor. I am responsible, as Systems Analyst, to do tasks related to Requirement Engineering, Business Analysis & Re-Engineering, System Architecture & Design and Software Process Improvement. As QA Auditor, I am responsible to do tasks like Product Verification & Validation, Test Scenarios Preparation, Business & Technical Revision, Testing, Technical Writing and Documentation.
I worked as System Analysis Reviewer and QA Auditor for Najran Municipality Automation System. The system includes Tenders, Contracting and Training management modules. In addition to Intranet portal and mobile version for Internet portal. It is developed using advanced technologies like SharePoint, AgilePoint Workflow, OData and other web and mobile technologies.
I prepared the complete SRS document for Accreditation System implementing in Saudi Accreditation Committee, supervised by Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
I participated in reviewing and auditing for Standards Catalogue System implemented in Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).

I worked as project manager for multi projects. I managed a project of e-Health system for Daraa' Health Directorate. The project aimed to link all medical service centers called "Family Medical Centers", the medical regions and the health directorate through a rich web application. The web application provides the family medical centers with a complete medical processes automation and provides the medical regions and health directorate with a complete reporting services about all over medical services supplied by family medical centers. The web application will developed using SharePoint 2010 Foundation and SQLServer 2008.
I managed, also, a project of a Labor Market Information System. The purpose of the project is for establishing Labor Market Information Portal for the “Labor Market Observatory” project implemented by the UNDP in Syria and the Syrian Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. The LMIP goal is to provide relevant, quality and timely labor market information for users to make informed decisions regarding the labor market in Syria. And the objectives are: 1) Disseminate LM information to all beneficiaries; Job seekers, Job owners, researchers and decision makers. 2) Provide occupational classifications and descriptions. 3) Develop ELE (Electronic Labor Exchange) to match labor market supply (Job seeker) with labor market demand (Job owner) i.e. matching the resume with the vacancy. 4) Provide information concerning labor market issues, news, events, etc. The web application will developed using ASP.NET and SQLServer 2008.

I worked as software engineer & web developer for the Higher Committee of Scientific Research (HCSR) web portal. The HCSR portal provides the committee with a scientific social workspace for scientists, researchers, inventors, organizations and much more others to collaborate and exchange their own knowledge, experiences, inventions, personal profiles and more extra things with each other. The portal developed using .Net Framework, ASP.NET, JavaScript and CSS.
I worked as software analyst in other projects and used OOAD, UML diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagrams), BPM Diagrams and Workflows.

I worked as software developer for Al-Khazen HR system. The HR system is built as a new extension module for the basic Al-Khazen Accounting system. The HR system developed using Delphi 2007 and SQLServer 2000.

This was a summer internship in INFRA under the supervision of Mr. Eyad Al Akhras. I had several training sessions and take small tasks to get hands-on experience. The focus of this internship was to Visual Studio, C#.NET and SQLServer.
