Generate Work scope & reporting repair performance with customer and Top management.
Comprehend with Machine drawing, Hydraulic Schematics, & electrical Schematics
Liable in machining jobs/ part fabrication from Vendor as managing direct. Quality Inspecting after machining according to drawing specification.
Procuring tools and equipment & fixtures fabrication to workshops for convenient maintenance
Reporting to Workshop Manager & discussion workshop activities during daily minutes of meeting
Technical supporting to prepare part list, Identify engineering works, man hour and input data to form the quotation
Achieving Target in equipment repair in order to meet customer schedule as well as our revenue plan
Spearheaded a team of more than 300 workmen assisted by Quality Controller, Junior Engineers, Plant Foremen, Timekeepers and technical staffs.
Executed day-to-day production planning among the 9 plants.
Overseeing maintenance operations including:
- Preventive / Troubleshoot maintenance - Mechanical & Electrical in Concrete Mixer- Make: MASA & Henke, Germany., Material transfer car, Material handling system such conveyors Hydraulic / Servo controlled Pallet pusher, Heating chambers, Cooling tower, Radiators, Pump, Compressor, Blower, Fan, Burner & Boiler, desalination Water plant and Crusher.
- Troubleshooting and Servicing for Brake Motors, Gearbox. PLC controlled Hydraulic compaction with vibrator machine & Encoder program setting for Vibration Motor & Conveyors position.
Ensured raw material & finish product quality to meet the specification and monitoring mix design
Significantly engaged in implementing ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 procedure and documented.
Improving the plant operations / Environmental control along with energy conservation for cost savings to maintain budget and product quality.
