Civil and structural inspections and supervision as per the approved civil and structural ITP, Check list and AFC drawings for Al Dabbiya Surface facilities Phase III :- Equipment foundations, Pipe rack foundations, Fire water tanks, Fresh water tanks, Reboiler and de salter units, Oil Water Sump, Electrical substations & ITR, U/G E & I lines, pits and cable trenches, heavy foundation, HP Flare stack structure, Steel structures for pipe rack and equipment shelters, Finishing works including wall and floor tiles, false ceiling and acoustic & metal ceiling, thermal insulation, plumbing works, Roads and yard ( Interlock paving )including road marking, road signs and crash barriers, Dyke wall and fire wall and structural building and structural pipe supports, Structural Grouting & Equipment grouting (Cementatious & Epoxy) and HVAC duct works etc
All civil and structural inspections were carried out as per the approved civil and structural ITP for Major Project Buildings and Construction Quantities :- New Main Control Room, 5 substations and Main receiving station, 4 Field Auxiliary Rooms(FAR), 3 Operator Maintenance Shelters(OMS), 6 Nos. of Storage tanks (Propane/Butane Full containment tanks), Sea water Intake, Outfall, pump house, sealing weir & Discharge structure, Pipe racks, Equipment structures & HP Flare stack structure, Ensure the quality requirements during construction phase of the project, Conducting MC walk down with End User and generating & close out punch points, Conducting Daily Surveillance / Monitor check for all civil activities like Foundations, Pedestal with anchor bolts, footings, Equipment foundation, Tank foundation and wall, Sleepers, Man holes and Lime pit, Sulpher tank, Steel Structures for Pipe rack & local supports, etc
Site Co-ordination & correspondence with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers for construction activities like Bored piling mono and group with water/ polymer ( up to 2600 mm Dia. ), borehole log reviews to determine the strategy of piling, Pile cap, Pier construction, concrete and reinforcement arrangements for sub structure, both cast-in-situ and pre cast pier caps construction and erection(using 200t and 500t cranes). Supervision of delivery and erection of segmental girder using launching girder. construction of bearing plinth over pier cap and Stressing(post tensioning in pier caps after erection). Structural steel foot bridge construction incl. fire painting and erection, Steel structure and finishing works for Entrance pod and Canopy, hard and soft Land Scaping works, Preparation of ITR and Conducting Site inspection with QC & Consultant, Approval of all materials required for the project from consultants and procurement of the same from suppliers. conducting safety meeting & induction, Quality assurance of pile, pile cap and pier in coordination with QA/QC and consultant scheduling inspection time and concreting, Coordination with electrical and water authorities( DEWA ), Etisalat, & other local government and private companies which is affected by via-duct structure alignment prior to work execution for NOC.
