To carry out software development in C#, WCF, Asp.Net, VB, and other Dot Net Framework 4.0 languages and components. Database used is SQL-Server. I frequently face clients in China and Hong Kong for Requirement Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Sign Off, Maintenance and Support, etc. I am currently working with the architecture team where I propose and develop optimized solutions for the clients and enhance the architecture of the products already developed. My role at NetSol is of a Team Leader. I have done a fast progress at NetSol. Just a few days after joining NetSol, I was given charge of a sensitive project which i delivered well before time, with high quality. The clients I face are renowned all over the world in Automobile, Auto Finance and Leasing Industry. NetSol has provided me the opportunity to work in a CMMI Level - 05 environment where all the processes are mature. To analyze the client’s Standard Operating Principles and develop technical proposals. My prime responsibilities were requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, develop Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) document, requirement change analysis, requirements testing and validation.

• Organizational Planning
Develop Business Plans (yearly and quarterly), Business Cases, plan development, implementation and research of overall software development processes, implement efficient requirement gathering methodologies, efficient software designing techniques, and Agile Software designing methods were my additional tasks in this organization.

To support the web development team and provide solutions for the new systems and features to be implemented in the Institute Management System (IMS). IMS is a web application which provides an institute to manage the records of all the students, employees, finances, human resource, etc. It is a solution for multiple institutes at the same time linked together to share the statistics of their institution. Students and teachers can also access the IMS and download or upload lectures or assignments on daily basis. The development was carried out in HTML, Asp.Net(C#), .Net Framework 3.0 and SQL-Server 2005.
Implemented the “NEXUS Telecom CV Manager”, which allows the user to upload his/her resume online, extract the information from it and show it on another interface which requires the user authentication to store it into his/her account in the database. The development was carried out in HTML, Asp.Net, .Net Framework 3.0 C# and SQL-Server 2008.
Went through the SDLC (requirements, design, implementation, testing and deployment) for the Hospital Management System (HMS) in an Agile fashion. The HMS was developed for “Wali Hospital” and was also customized for NGOs. The objective was to manage all the activities of a hospital and minimize paper work. The development was carried out in C# and SQL-Server 2008.
