Project Manager for construction projects, infrastructure most of the project in Masdar City. Managing a team of engineers and more than 500 manpower. Dealing with the client and consultant. monitoring controlling the implementation of the project program. make sure that the execution of the project is done within the project budget.
Masdar Projects:
1) Masdar Project for Construction Facilities and Security Management System. Construction of Masdar City Entrances, road works, storm water drainage, solar street lights, prefabricated capines.
2) Early Plots Connection: Executing and upgrade the utilities networks. Executing new fire fighting networks, new plots connection for potable, TSE, chilled water and drainage networks.
3) Northern Carpark: furnish a 38, 000 sqm. Car park (2 floors) with all services (power, lighting, fire fighting network and drainage), painting, road marking, construct 13 stairs and substation.
4) Masdar Headquarter Surface Car Park, Utilities and Roads: Construction of 27km new road to service Masdar Headquarter. Execute a service corridor adjacent to the road containing different services such as potable water line, chilled water network, TSE, telecommunication network, storm water and power. Constructing Carpark and providing solar street light.
5) Masdar Eastern Access to Main Road: Constructing an access road connecting internal roads in Masdar to the main road including protection for the existing services and providing future duct bank for different services. Installing solar street lights.
ADPC Project: KPIZ Project office external owrks - Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone (KPIZ): Construction of External carpark for KPIZ office.
Takreer Project:
- Construct Administration building for Takreer (Mussafah) Design and built 3 floors building including all the civil, finishing, mechanical and external work.
- I started with Alfara’a in January 2006 as a Construction Manager. My responsibility is all the construction works. Preparing the work plan, progress and cost report of the project. Attend all the meetings and follow all the subjects with the Project Management and Consultant. My duty is to control and manage the construction team, four project engineers, three site engineers, technical engineers and formans. Deal with the subcontractors and suppliers.
PROJECTS:
- Central Fish Market:(Mushrif Mall)
Project value is 640, 000, 000 AED, it is a shopping mall and a central market for fish, meat and vegetable.
- Mazead Mall (Musafah)
Project value is 237, 000, 000 AED, it is three floors shoping mall and four offices buildings above the mall.
- Residential Building
18 floor residential building and one basement in Abu Dhabi.
construct the Habtoor Grand Hotel in Lebanon.Doing all the concrete works for the area 29000 msq. Using the precast and post tension beams and preslabs in construction and the Doka formwork. I was manage and control a team of two general foremen three foremen and more than 200 skilled and unskilled labors. also I do the finishing works for the hotel, using all types of finishing like ceramic tiles, gypsum and cement boards, aluminum and curtain walls, paints, reconstituted stone, stamp concrete, metal and wooden doors, movable partions, ect.... Manage and control all the works of subcontractors and all the paper works related to my work.
Act as a project engineer in Omari villa project. It's 2500sqm, responsible about the execution of the building(civil & finishing works)and leading two foremen and more than 20 labors. manages and controls the work of the subcontractors.
Act as an Executive Engineer in renewing a building in the Central District of Beirut.Its an old building it's construct in 1891.My duty is to rebuild a new concrete building inside the old sandy structure, and to add a basement floor under this building. The excavation done by small equipments and the labors' hands.Responsibility is to execute the concrete building and to manages the work of 60 labors(skilled and regular).
Worked as a consultant with the United Nations, ESCWA.My duties involved the visual inspection of civil and architectural works of the physical condition of the building, preparation of snag lists of deficiencies and uncompleted works, and preparing the final report of the visual inspection.
It's a part time job. In this period Iworked as a site engineer in "Souk Project" in the Central District of Beirut. Responsible about finishing civil works of concrete blocks, plastering, water repellent, painting and others.
Preparing inspection requests, weekly cost and manpower reports.
Act as a project Engineer in-Charge of executing block civil works, plastering and painting subcontract at the Escwa-Headquarters building in Beirut.Manages and administers a group of formen and skilled labors required for the execution of works, plan, organize and control their work.
Has worked as a Project Engineer for design and construction of six residential buildings alongside with preparing estimates of quantites and cost of materials.Prepare contract documents for outside contractors executing the works, and building layouts, drawing file and follow it up with municipality to get the construction license.
Projects done in this period are:
-One in Beirut, it's two blocks residential bldg. each consists of Tweleve Floors and Three Basements.I did the structural design and did the execution of the building.
-Four buildings in Jeiah(South Lebanon) each consists of Four Floors.
Act as a site Engineer in building construction of Air Cargo & Complex Zone of Dubai Airport.Preparing exective drawings for site, also prepare bill of quantities for steel and concrete and other related items.
Design the structure of the buildings and prepare structural drawings for the municipality file. Projects design with this company are five buildings.
The major courses I get in civil engineer are Concrete,Structure,Steel structure,Highways and Airports,
I get the lebanese Baccalurate 2 , Math division in 1982.
