• Leading and managing 4 markets supply chain function.
• Managing Annual Operating Plan for the supply chain function.
• Tracking and controlling the monthly supply chain warehouse cost versus the budgeted target.
• Leading the warehouse action plan related to the quality system external and internal audits.
• Leading the warehouse and the purchasing function in the quarter internal audits
• Leading the cost saving, and inventory reduction inventory initiatives.
• Managing Import & Export shipment with Freight Forwarder
• Managing & reporting the inbounds & outbounds stock flow
• Maintaining internal & external stakeholders management to ensure smooth product flow processes, and to introduce new solutions whenever needed
• Responsible for all logistics network designs and the roll out in line with business needs.
• Playing a key role in providing solutions to all logistics issues & identifying initiatives for cost optimization, in order to maintain sustainability of smooth products flow.
Maintain and update all Central Logistics planning information (Supply Chain flows, New stores etc), keeping information backed up.
Lead supply chain management project/program management and complex problem resolution on new product/service offerings, cost reduction
Support the Logistics division with requests for information as required (E.g. To support requests from the business such as information new markets, brands etc)
Support the brand teams and new team members by training them on the reports used and explaining and educating them on the purpose of good planning and forecasting to the business.
Build strong relationships with the brand teams that support and facilitates the forecasting and planning process
Use the Central Logistics Planning reports developed to review brand forecast accuracy and compliance to agreed procedures, suggesting new reporting requirements where they will add value to the business
Maintain and update all Central Logistics planning information (Supply Chain flows, New stores etc), keeping information backed up.
Planning/Managing the stock flow in the warehouse for key seasonal events and activities (Ramadan, EID’s, Mid/End of season sales).
Assist to consolidate purchase requisitions from Vendor
Forecast of material according demand
Communicate with various suppliers concerning to prices and credit notes
Verification of Invoices.
Source and request for quotation from vendors.
Attend to internal customer enquiries.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Reporting to KOC Engr. directly
Maintaining the records of daily documents.
Drafting and typing the routine memo and correspondence and review their status.
Keep track on incoming mails and forwarding them to concerned sections.
Assist accountants in daily financial routine works of the department.
