Reporting to the regional manager and responsible for all aspects of the development from design, tendering, contracts, construction and project management point of view.
Running a team of 20 from different engineering, commercial and construction disciplines.
The development management is stand alone and is handled completely by the project management team with design interface with the main designer abroad.
The total value of the project is 405 m AED.
Development components and amenities are:
• 313 Residential units (Plot 99)
• 56 Residential units (Plot 101)
• All units equipped with wardrobes and kitchen cabinets
• 2050 m2 ground floor retail areas
• Health club
• 52 Berths Marina
• Two Water Features
• Soft/Hard Landscaped Areas
• Access controlled 486 car parking underground and 13 above grade
• Promenade Walk
Cooled/Heated swimming pool
One of the challenges faced in this project and in Abu Dhabi in general is the utilities and authorities approvals, which is mainly ADCD and ADDC (Power). Based on this experience I had I consider myself Well acquainted and have good knowledge with Abu Dahbi authorities process and approvals required to obtain the NOC`s (ADCD, ADDC, ADSSC)
