Collect, analyze quantitative and qualitative data with having the potential of impacting the demand signal and
propose compelling demand plan supported by quantified assumptions/risk/opportunities in demand review.
* Recommend the demand plan, upside and downside risk factors with key input of risks and opportunities
related to the forecast.
* Understand performance gap and Mape & Bias targets. Improve individual and group accuracy through
corrective and/or continuous improvement plans.
* Re-allocation of roles and responsibilities to improve demand and supply planning.
* Co-ordinate monthly demand forecasting cycle by facilitating business line monthly demand review meeting with sales, marketing and supply chain.
* Monitor validity of demand plans and realize intermediate updates, effect sales and operations planning reviews in order to establish feasible sales plans.
* Liaise and build robust working relations with the primary importers and Michelin agencies.
* Manage effective collaboration meetings with commercial directors and local supply chain teams of each country in the AIM zone.

Primary Responsibility was to manage all the sites in Cluster up to MMP standards.
* Analyze logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modelling, and cost analysis.
* Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
* Ordering fuel deliveries when needed also maintaining Safety Wet Stocks.
* Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach
* Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
* Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy,
inventory plan vs. targets).
* Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s of suppliers and brand partners.
Ensure the safe and efficient use of the aircraft.

* Ensuring accurate details of all flights updated as per CLP timelines.
