MAJOR PROJECTS EXECUTED:

EMPOWER JBR DCP: Lead the design, execution &, commissioning of Electrical and Controls packages of 60000 RT DCP. Upgradation of Controllogix redundant plc, Factorytalk scada, refurbishment of LVMCC, supply new VFD panel, AHF, Pumps.

BUSTAN Complex, KSA: Design, programming, commissioning of Siemens redundant S7400H plc with Wincc scada for 60000RT DCP. Integration of ETS, RO plant, Waste Water Treatment plant, Generators & power grid

MOTORCITY DCP: Programmed and commissioned two 45, 000RT District Cooling Plants, comprising Wincc redundant scada servers with hot-standby S7400H plc, Remote I/O racks & operator panels. Scope also include commissioning Profibus Instruments, Flowmeters & Motorized Valves; and integration of Switchgear, HVAC, UPS, Fire Alarm system and 22 Energy Transfer Stations via Modbus link.

O1796 Project, ADSSC: Programmed ControlLogix PLC for 5 sewage lifting stations

O1651 PROJECT, ADSSC -Design & Commissioned Wincc OA redundant scada for CIPS station, and uplinked 5 TOCs comprising scadapack rtu and S7300 plc via FO and GPRS redundant links.

AL-AIN LIFTING STATIONS, ADSSC- Designed & Programmed 5 Sewage Lifting stations, having SLC500 PLC and uplinked them via redundant GPRS and PSTN links.

67 ETS- Programmed Siemens ET200S plc and HMI and commissioned instruments
