Monitoring the MIS of portfolio caps and ensures that they are within the defined ceilings.
Conduct credit meetings with the prospective client / applicant at his/ her business premises and to develop understanding of business operations.
Review op application with all the mandatory checks and policy as per salaam banking including application legal documents and relevant income documents duly original seen and attested by the authorized signer
Reviewing applications as per PDD & supporting the business in different functions of credit approval & rejection.
Observe vigilance on every officer’s verification attempt through the cross check process Turn in timely, the results to relevant unit incase of difference in findings.
Explore all relevant clues during investigation leading to profound decisions, which ultimately reflect true credit worthiness of applicants.
Demonstrate leadership and people management skills by grooming, developing and coaching the team along with sharpening yourself and the team.
Ensure that applications are attempted within the stipulated time period. Ensure deadlines are met on all projects and assignments on agreed dates.
Work towards reduction in complaints. Ensure high standard of customer handling during verification activities.
Supervision of all verification officers in north region.
Preparing the MIS’s of all products on daily, monthly and yearly bases
