To manage all warehouse operations including issuance, receiving, re-ordering, and proper storage of material (FG & Raw & Packaging)
Monitor stock fluctuations to identify areas for replenishment or order adjustments.
Analyses sales trends to ensure good stock replenishment plan
Identify aging of stocks to reduce expiry of stocks in depots.
Coordinate and direct 3rd party functions.
Keep a keen look on warehouse expense, Performance level, and approve all warehouse operation bills and Invoice verification for processing.

Planning organizing and controlling of warehouse ‘over all operation’
Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
Maintain house keeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
Make planes to develop staff of ware house by internal/on job trainings.
Running shifts with safety and efficiency as priorities.
Maintain Vehicle Master data on SAP (MM module)
Working on QAS, and production
Working on DSD and MDSD as well
Creation of Shipment Document, Loud Out and Load In document in SAP
To manage & monitor secondary dispatches
To record market returns at day end
Daily reconciliation of data with sale and BCP
To manage a fleet of 37 vans

Conduct training secessions on SAP (MM Module) for LHR and RWP Teams
Launched Safety training program at LHR and MANGA Mandi Where house
Conduct training secession on road safety for 3p drivers.
Conduct training secession on safe driving for both ends at LHR and RWP.
Appointing & retiring distributors in different cities.
Handling and maintain inventory at clients warehouse.
Persuade clients to push your products towards customers.
Controlling and supporting subordinates to achieve their targets and KPIs
Preparing companies & clients (Distributors) monthly orders
Compiling monthly sales
Managing & coordinating with clients regarding their orders, stock, credit notes, GRN’s and invoices.
