Responsibilities As Branch Operations Manager:
• Overall In Charge of Branch Operations.
• In Charge Cash cell operations and remittances.
• Management of all ATM operations.
• Foreign currency handling.
• Ensure that all required formalities of account opening have
been completed and review of unusual/heavy transactions,
AML/KYC.
• Balancing of general ledger accounts.
• Review of self audit assessment reports of all staff members.
• Daily review of all Cash, Clearing, and Transfer vouchers.
• Daily review of cheque book maintenance, stop payment,
account maintenance, account status, user amendments, atm
cash reconciliation and balancing reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
