• Liaison with various Governmental departments to schedule several on-campus facilities for students and university staff like; on-campus provision of National ID Cards, on-campus Driving License tests, on campus First aid facility, Fire & Rescue drills & campus horticulture beautification
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and delegates for national and international travelling and accommodation needs
• Arrange and schedule daily transportation facility for executives, visitors and students
• Receive, audit and distribute all incoming office supplies in accordance with placed orders/invoices
• Train and ensure staff compliance with corporate safety protocols on daily basis
• Coordinate with corporate event management teams over frequent monthly, quarterly & annual faculty meetings, student events, incoming foreign delegate’s visit to the campus & outside staff visits
• Handle and report office petty cash disbursements on routine basis
• Handle, record and source best vendors for property management inquiries from property owners
• Coordinate and carryout various maintenance issues as per approved requirements
• Maintain monthly expense logs of each property and invoice landlords accordingly
• Sort various property issues at the time of tenant vacation, handover and move-in
