o Prepare Computerized goods received note and goods return voucher against supplier invoices through using Mycom inventory system.
o Handling petty cash and collecting all supporting bills.
o Prepare monthly reports such as material receives and declaration report and it is reporting to the Chief Accountant.
o Stock checking through systematic and manual, verifying stock.
o Providing Proforma Invoice to the supplier for collecting checks or cash
o Preparing and maintaining the Petty Cash book and ensure it is up to date and reconciled monthly to the cash float, that all expense claims are supported by appropriate documentation and authorized signatory.
o Look in inventory to ensure the match of purchase orders and receipts
o Keep track of all financial dealings of the company on a daily basis
o Ensure that all cheque payments are supported by authorized invoices.
o Providing assistance to the Chief Accountant in a variety of undertakings
o Supervise, manage or train other staff members.
o Manage projects
o Train staff members in computer applications and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
o Operate office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, voice mail messaging systems and computer scanning equipment
o Document verification and filing documents
o Effective Relation with other department like, sales dept, Purchase Dept etc
o Daily cash and credit card closing of all cashiers of Each and every counter in our supermarket.
