Supervising a team and handling Back end operations. Maintaining a regular and daily correspondence with the French Embassy and the Management. Completing the daily work with productive results from the staff and working out on the errors together with the team. Assisting in accounting and reconciling end of month and year closures.
Also sole-handled the accounting department for 2 complete months which included all the accounting jobs of the firm like payables, receivables, bank & cash expenses, daily reconciliations - all this while maintaining confidentiality. All the recording & posting is done on MS Excel & ERP5.
Handling the accountant department solely. This includes the entire accounting & banking department of the company. All the recording & posting of transactions is done on ERP5 & MS Excel Spreadsheets. The training for this job was given for two weeks & then I was alone given the responsibility of the entire department. The job included everything from receivables, payables, banking to reconciliations, reporting, tallying and rectifications.
