Directing the sub ordinates and co ordinate the construction activities at site, cost control.Budgetting. monitoring schedules, developing model to predict the usage of funds, Analyzing sub contractors quotations, and its finilization, vendor management, holding meeting with site engineers, coordination with client and design team, to arrive at measures to increase the productivity of work force, analysing benefit cost ratio....etc

handling of al activities of construction, Preparing reports, forseeing risks or snags if any, coordinate with consultants, sub contractors, close monitoring of schedules, Budgetting, client management, working close with materials procurement and man power suppliers, Holding meeting with all connected with the project to clear any hurdles if any and arriving at solution to the issues ...etc
