Provides a comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of human resources manager ensuring the efficient delivery of salary payments, salary adjustments,
Recruitment processes, and the accuracy of employee data records.
Maintained accurate, up to date comprehensive and confidential files and records.
Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which priority matters are, and alerts the executive accordingly. Makes referral to appropriate staff or provides requested information.
Acts as liaison between the executives, human resources department, finance and accounts departments and other departments by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of the assignments, projects and staffs.
Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries.
Provides the highest level of customer/client service satisfaction.
Performs administrative assistance to Client Relations Manager.
Handles job order requests and complaints to tenants and visitors.
Extends customer service through telephone and over the counter with the use of IFCA helpdesk system.
Records and generates job order reports.
• arranging bookings of multi-national companies with hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, transport partners
Helps in organizing/coordinating logistical arrangements and documentation of meetings, workshops, seminars and other activities.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software
