(1)Send enquires to suppliers for the following items :
(a)Aluminium system as per Manufacturer list
(b)Glass as per consultant specifications
(c)ACP Cladding as per consultant specification
(d)Automatic / Manual operator if any
(e)Any type of special accessories/Item
Quantity Surveying
(1)Abstracting the floor wise CW, windows / doors, ACP Cladidng, Handrail, Pergola, Skylight etc. quantities by identifying the assigned numbers in the architectural drawings. Finally summarizing it in the form of B.O.Q.
Price Calculation
(1)Prepare item wise costing sheet & Summary of Costing Sheet
Project Analysis and Break up
(1)Short abstract for quick reference of the cost and marging of project and necessary consideration
(2)Break-up of project includes a detailed price abstract of the project including the factor of costing such as Aluminium cost, glass cost, accessories cost, Labor Cost, overheads, margins etc.
