 Heading Project Controls Department for Maharashtra Operations. Responsible for entire Project Controls Operations for the region.
 Providing necessary training and mentoring Planning Engineers / Project Control Engineers / QS and Billing Engineers
located at sites.

 Planning & scheduling project activities using Primavera and developing effective construction & manpower schedules and Histograms as per man hour estimates for the project.
 Reviewing the progress with the planned construction schedule and implementing cost effective procedures and practices at site.
 Overseeing the preparation of invoice statements, material reconciliation, weekly & monthly reports and other management information system reports

1. Planning / Project Controls Engineer for the Project
2. Primary role is to track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day to day basis to ensure that the project is on track.
3. Developing & maintaining detailed Project Schedule (Level 1 to Level 4) and Rectifying / Re-sequencing the Critical Activities on weekly and monthly basis in Primavera P6.
4. Coordination and regulating various meetings such as Project review & Quality meetings on weekly and monthly basis.

1. Business Development Officer for various states in North India.
2. Envisaging the New Prospective projects in the state and preparing Site investigation reports for those projects before bidding.
3. Completing Registration / Empanelment process and other statutory obligations for various departments in the states.
4. Regular discussions with the potential customers and attending pre-bid meetings for the projects.

1. Planning In-charge for the project.
2. Preparation of Project Plan / Work plan Schedules and Accepted Cost Estimate for the job.
3. Responsible for Resource mobilization (Staff and P&M), Sub-contractor mobilization, Labour and Material Mobilization
4. Implementation of Cost effective procedures and practices at site.
5. Reviewing the progress with the planned construction schedule.
