 For reducing the Infra & Network related outages i was implemented Nokia Metro hubs in my location.
 Doing Acceptance test of Nokia BTS for TATA Docomo & Vodafone for monthly rollouts.
 Doing Acceptance test of Nokia & NEC MW SDH or PDH (1+0, 1+1) for TATA Docomo & Vodafone.
 TRX Additions as on priority for Tata Docomo & Vodafone.
 Preventive Maintenance Activities for Cell Sites.
 Attending the Customer Complaints with in the time to reduce the customer issues.
 Attending for site down’s with in the time to increase the network availability.
 Planning & Implementing the M/W rings both SDH & PDH for adding the protection to the sites.
 E1 routing for new sites.
 Software Loading in Hi-Cap & Low-Cap BSC’s for Vodafone & Tata Docomo.
 Hardware expansions like BCSU’s in both Hi & Low-cap BSC’s.
 Replacing & Addition of BSC Cards in BSC’s.
 NMS Visibility of both SDH & PDH Nodes for Vodafone & Docomo.
