* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
* Sets up new accounts, maintains records, prepares reports and performs work related clerical duties.
* See that each employee is adequately trained to fill his job title and supervise the work.
* Responsible for handling the turning in of cash at the end of the day.
* Ensure that all the money is accounted for in the end.
* Check the inventory on a frequent basis and make sure that orders are in when they are supposed to be.
* Control retail store stock and ordering goods.
