Shop competition in territory to identify potential and/or lost business
Able to lead successful sales process to multiple owners, large group councils and/or board of directors
Cold calls potential customers locations, build relationships, make presentation to owners with a formal proposal, negotiate contract terms and sign them to long term exclusive contract
Achieve successful outcomes through application of a consultative sales process, relationship based, providing solutions to business problems
Pack customer purchases in bags or cartons.
Conducts data analyses to key accounts/prospects measuring actual track purchases to goals
To assist in the supervision of and in maintaining an efficient and effective team, understanding customer needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever possible
Assist in development and motivation of team. Promote efficiency, budget awareness, company standards and commitment to takeaway.

Assist with management of stock, wastage and sales figures. Assist with forecasts, budgets and work to targets.

To maintain accurate administrative and IT records as directed
Provide Customer Satisfaction.
Maintains constant and timely communication with the Store Manager.
Encourages and coaches the Store Associates in developing their retail skills.
Manage individual store expenses ensuring budgetary compliance as requested.
Achieve sales plan through efficient planning, execution, and business analysis.
Proactively manage all aspects of loss prevention to ensure the protection of company assets including cash, merchandise, and company property.
Positively and consistently demonstrates a neat, professional, and fashionable image
ensuring very high standards of customer service;
recruiting, training and floor staff;
overseeing the taking of bets and the fast and accurate paying out of winnings;
overseeing the use of machines and terminals in the shop and providing technical support for these machines
collecting and managing numerical data on takings and profits/losses and keeping strict records on these;
managing a budget;
monitoring and evaluating all aspects of business performance, and planning for improved future levels of profit and customer satisfaction;
marketing the betting shop and advertising what is on offer in line with office policy (e.g. via poster displays);
taking responsibility for shop security, and for the internal appearance and ambience of the shop;
dealing with difficult customers when necessary;
ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health and safety legislation;
