Initiated IT Governance Steering Committee to ensure IT investments were understood and supported,
especially on digital workspace, e-commerce and customer engagement. Collaborated with line
management to identify poor business practices, reviewed supplier contracts and saved AED 0.5M.
Upgrade and standardized existing business processes of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and Point of
Sales (LS Retail) which was running on very old version. Infrastructure upgrade, increased performance and
stability while strengthening securities on IT landscape at HO and Stores across GCC. Manage application
landscape, increasing satisfaction while reducing cost and speed to market.
