• Coordinating with the construction team to arrange required documents to comply with LEED/ESTIDAMA /Mostadam/EHS Trakhees/Al Sa’fat regulations as applicable for the project.
• Conducting eco-charrette with the construction team to make awareness of LEED/ESTIDAMA/Mostadam/EHS/Al Sa’fat regulation as project-specific and direct the project planning to manage evaluation report for the certification process.

• Responsible for the coordination of the Sustainability Team, guiding clients through the green building design and construction process. Work includes green building project management, working with design and construction teams to integrate green building features seamlessly into the project program. Undertake studies on new construction and facilities, review the drawing for the project for the status of the building services; Prepare reports and establish recommendations for achieving energy savings and perform the HVAC designing if needed.
• Working on various software to achieve the minimum requirements of ASHRAE. Establish and maintain a feasible solution for LEED/ESTIDAMA/Mostadam/EHS Trakhees/Al Sa’fat certification.
• Responsible for achieving energy savings using energy modeling and lighting tools such as IES, Visual DOE, eQUEST, and DIALux.
• CEMP (Construction Environmental Management Plan) Preparation, Management, Implementation, and Supervision.
• Monitoring, Supervision & Preparation of documents ( Weekly report/Monthly Report/ Noise Monitoring /Air Monitoring/Dust Inspection) for CEMP Audit (Construction Environmental Management Plan Audit.

• Project Design and Construction Documentation review and submission in compliance with the ESTIDAMA regulation and all related standards and specifications.
• Coordination with Designer, Contractor, client representative and the material suppliers and specialists to ensure the ESTIDAMA requirements are met.
• Implementing Construction waste management plan & Indoor Air Quality Plan to comply with ESTIDAMA requirements.
• Preparation of all documents related to project (Monthly report, Weekly IAQ report, Construction Waste Management report etc.)
• Responsible for ESTIDAMA Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4a, Stage 4b Audit.
• Coordination with Construction management to develop and implement a project control strategy for modeling the base design case for building energy and water consumption considering all the LEED categories (Sustainable sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Material and Resources and indoor Environmental Quality) through a comprehensive standard such as ASHRAE/IESNA Std. 90.1-2007 and Environmental Health and safety (EHS) Trakhees regulation.
• Preparation of a sustainability action plan to analyze building's response to environmental conditions and to create a case for determining baseline case energy consumption.
• Preparation and maintenance of a Materials Tracking and Auditing System to ensure compliance with LEED requirements and generate the documentary evidence for presentation to the US Green Building Council (USGBC) to claim LEED points.
• Project Design and Construction Documentation review and submission in compliance with the LEED reference guide and all related standards and specifications.
• Coordination with Designer, Contractor, client representative and the material suppliers and specialists to ensure the LEED requirements are met.
• Development and update of Strategies to review, record and maintain essential project documents and deliverables.
• Review of project HVAC, lighting and Plumbing systems for the overall calculation of the building energy consumption and subsequent energy modeling to optimize energy use.
• Assignment of Project Construction waste managers for diversion of waste from Landfills as per LEED requirements.
• Assignment of the project commissioning authority for the project commissioning and carrying out VOC flushes out procedure as per Indoor Air Quality - Before Occupancy.
• Implementing Construction waste management plan & Indoor Air Quality Plan to comply with LEED and EHS Trakhees requirements.

• Responsible for the coordination of the Energy Management Services LEED Team, guiding clients through the green building design and construction process. • Implement progressive techniques and procedures for LEED & ESTIDAMA certification. Prepare and present recommendations for all the projects. Design; effectively leading the testing team, develop Test plan and executing the test cases. Analyze the manual test results, documented and reported to USGBC.
• Participates in meetings and conferences to clarify green building concepts and tasks, reviews task, methodology and required time to meet the objectives in proposal stage.
• Conducting presentations, meetings and other communication activities, Lead and direct the project planning effort Prepares and manage Green Building evaluation report / Green Building Certification process.
• Coordinate meetings with the design team and periodic construction meetings pertaining to energy related issues regarding variations or deviations from the overall energy strategy.
Responsible for all LEED Credits, support for LEED Certification. Perform Energy Modeling and Daylight simulation, Undertake studies on new construction and facilities, and review the drawing for the project for the status of the building services. Prepare reports and establish recommendations for achieving energy savings and perform the HVAC designing if needed. Local and International standards are followed for green building requirements. Working on software’s to achieve the Energy Savings and to incorporate in project. Local and International Standards are considered to meet LEED requirements. It has been considered to meet the Mandatory requirements of EHS and USGBC. The document to USGBC and EHS, Follow up the document status and arrange the necessary action, Make the necessary modifications and resubmit the document.t

Bachelor in Technology - 2009 Mechanical Engineer
