JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Checking and Testing of parts in various technology i.e. Sheet Metal, Casting, Forged components, Machining parts etc.
Layout reporting to suppliers needful in product development.
➢ Providing Technical support to suppliers.
➢ Gauge calibration and fixtures validation and scheduling.
➢ UTM testing and Hardness testing.
➢ Magnetic crack detection testing.
➢ Precise testing like roughness testing, roundness testing, profile checking by contracer and profile projector.
➢ Proficiency in 2d Height Gauge, Roundness Tester, Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester.
➢ Working on SPC.
➢ Handling customer complaints and responsible for proper feedback for Buyers and suppliers.
➢ Approving of drawings of new development samples of forgings, castings and machining components.
ON-JOB TRAINING: ➢ Undergone training on implementation of 5S.
➢ Under gone training on FMEA.
➢ Under gone training on ERP.
➢ Under gone training on Precise Grinding.
