• Execute and monitor all regular sales order across all branches with Oracle ERP JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Provided thorough support and problem resolution for sales team
• Preparing & sending quotations to the customers, follow up for the quotations sent and update same at regular intervals.
• Preparing Technical submittal, letters, prequalification documents, sales reports and other related works in sales department.
• Coordinate with factory for Commercial/technical issues related to sales activities
• Understand and review the enquiries received from Sales Team.
• Preparing complete quantity take-offs, analysis, budgets and prices, estimate, and studies for all items incorporated in the assigned scope.
• Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc. Perform risk analysis
• Create and submit estimate quotation and the final contract to the client.
• Maintain thorough records of all project documentation including estimates, sales receipts, and project completion documentation
• Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan
• Evaluate and verify accuracy of all internal processing requests
• Ensured timely processing of customer orders in efficient manner
• Arrange samples for various project requirements and submittals
• Creates field use placement drawings from Estimator’s quotations and contract documents for architectural comment and review.
• Recaps job quantities and models for comparison with quotation
• Answers specific or general technical questions from architects, contractors, and representatives
• Reviews architectural change proposals, requests for information, and addenda drawings for effect on scope of work
Duties:
• Data conversion (Raster to Vector Conversion from satellite images - CAD to ARC Gis)
• Remotely sensed Data processing & Geographic Database creation.
• Digitizes new subdivision maps and verification of boundaries etc.
• Spatial referencing & Parcel Editing etc.
Production monitoring and finding fast solution when machine
Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly
Service & maintenance
Make sure machinery is in suitable working condition
