Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managing transition of Enterprise storage and virtualization domain (ESV Domain)
o Leading ESV domain along with 8 other members to get KT on below technologies
VMware administration
Windows server administration
Backup technologies (CommVault, Unitrend, EMC Networker)
o Into primary support stage from Jan, 2019 and managing the infra well with below tasks.
Provide support for Horizon 6.2 infra with user and app entitlements
Plan patching and upgrade of horizon and vCenter infra.
Perform daily health check on Horizon and vCenter infra
Verify backup jobs and remediate any issues with backup or tapes.
Co-ordinate and perform tape rotations from Iron Mountain
Provision, decommission and manage Windows and virtual infra.
Coordinate and perform PCI-DSS compliant tasks and audits.
Vendor management for hardware and OS issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets, work on request, change task & problem tickets.
• Manage Server patching via SCCM and HPSA
o Have L2 proficiency with server patching via SCCM
• Majorly working and managing files share and permissions.
• Troubleshoot IIS 6.0 & 7.0 site permissions issues.
• Manage MS Failover Cluster servers
• Provide on-job training / K.T. for juniors on working technologies.
• Raise and implement change requests on hosting infra.
• Plan and execute H/W changes through co-ordination with customer on downtime and other parameters.
• Perform build / retirement of physical and virtual servers
• Perform backup (netbackup) and monitoring agent (nimsoft) installation and configuration on windows servers.
• Plan and execute firmware upgrade on infra physical servers.
• Prepare Service Delivery Reports and present to customer.
• Perform trend analysis of tickets, tasks and provide action plan for service improvements.
• Work on problem records to identify RCA for P1/P2 closed incidents or repetitive incident/alerts.
• Work with vendor (Microsoft or HP) to get L4 support while working on Problem records
