Deputed in ENOC as Resident System Administrator to manage there Refinery Network. In a team of two I am responsible for designing, implementing and securing ENOC’s New Refinery Project (Executed by Foster Wheeler) Network & Associated in Managing the Existing Refinery network. I am mainly responsible for Lotus Notes support and administration of Lotus Domino and Lotus Sametime Servers which is on Windows 2003. Also involved in developing defense policies using ISA Server, Surf Control and Nokia firewall, my other responsibilities include,

 Install, configure and maintaining File and Print servers, application servers and mail servers in production environment.
 Administering User environment and software with group policy
 Centrally manage Users, groups, folders and network resources using Active directory technology For ENOC
 Responsible for monitoring and maintaining 24/7 Mail Server operations
 Carried out the day to day activities effectively with 0 % failure.
 Ensured provision of timely and responsive support to users (including training), system and network problem and issues in EPCL and New Project Office.
 As per ENOC standards was giving utmost importance for the safety and security of data and IT Component

Highpoints:
Played a major role in the implementation of complete IT Infrastructure for the New Refinery Project as per ENOC and Foster Wheeler Standards in association with Foster wheeler UK Team and ENOC IT Team.

In a team of four, I was responsible for designing, implementing and securing central and branch offices networks and branch office connectivity. I was mainly responsible for Lotus Notes support and administration of Lotus Domino Servers which is on different OS like Windows 2003, Linux and AIX. Other responsibilities include,

 Responsible for maintaining Cisco IP Telephony: Call Manager Version 3.3, Setting up Customized Voice Mail Box for users, Configuring and adding new phones, maintaining up to date Directory for IP Phone, Setting up Extension Mobility for Users.
 Planning and implementing backup strategies for File Server and Database Servers.
 Install, configure and maintaining web servers, application servers and mail servers in production environment.
 Implementing wireless LAN in New Offices.
 Installing and configuring Foundry, 3com and Cisco Switches.
 Responsible for monitoring and maintaining 24/7 Mail Server operations
 Desktop Support for UAE users.
 Imparting training to current and new staff. Trained about 25 new users by conducting one-day orientation sessions on Lotus notes Clients across Dubai and branch offices.

Highpoints:
Involved in the team of three, on the smooth process of upgrading the Enterprise Lotus Domino server from 5.0 to 6.5. Migrated all Windows based Lotus Domino servers to Linux Servers.
