• Responsible for business development and managing the end to end operations as well as the P&L for the Professional Services BU which caters to T&M based contract staffing as well as fixed price solutions to Fortune 500 clientele.
• Initially reporting to VP Sales (India) and now directly to the Director & President (India Operations).

• Holding weekly and monthly reviews with the delivery as well as the operations team to ensure smooth functioning and flow of business.
• Meeting up with the client project stakeholders regularly to get feedback on the performance of existing services delivered as well as to procure forecast of upcoming needs so as to design strategies for proactive solutions,
