I am Responsible for Chanel Development and Franchisee Deployment for the India's Biggest Education Company for the Northern territory. Focus on Business Development Relationship Management, Vendor Management and Marketing and Sales Activities.
Had a Strong Manpower structure comprising 7 Sales Managers, 15 Associate SM’s as the Line Management Team to manage 55 (Big & Small) distribution channels. The Line function is strongly support by 1 Service Manager and Trainer.
As distribution team, run and was a Part of, internal manpower Development programs on: FINEX, Hiring Skills, Time Management, Communication Skills, Market Planning, IQ & EQ testing and work with each team member separately on their Clinical intervened SWOT Analysis, thus engaging professionals on self development - Intra Dependant route to success in professional Life. I was responsible running a Whole Sale distribution / channel management system for both Banca and Non Banca (Broker, Corporate Agents and dedicated Franchisees) for the region of Punjab, Haryana.
Sales of Insurance Product with Bank of Punjab Relationship with the team of UBO
Relationship Building and cross-sell third party products which includes Insurance M.F gold etc and Responsible for sourcing quality accounts for the Bank.
