• Successfully completion of Installation, Commissioning, Integration & AT of 120 sites in 2 months
• Coordinating with other departments like RF, Transmission for capacity, quality and operational issues.
• E1 bypassing& E1 split from back bone site
• Check VSWR & ACCEPTACE TEST.
• Installation, commissioning of equipments BTS (ZX SDR 8800, 8900).
• Installation, commissioning of Ceragon Microwave.
• Coordination with TI Vendor, team Availability at site, Work progress & Close monitoring to complete the Job with quality work.
• Monitoring of Radio N/W using the tools ZTE LMT for the rectification of Hardware Faults, Escalation of Site Outages, BSC/BTS performance and utilization.
• Restoration of the fault within minimum time, Preventive Maintenance of existing sites as well as BSC, Parameter changing activity for improving the KPI & NQI.
• Handling the Transmission related Activities of NEC, CERAGON and ECI.
• Ring Closure, PDH to SDH Conversion.
• Coordinating with other departments like RF, Transmission for capacity, quality and operational issues.
