• Preparation of Schedule for Ongoing, Bidding & Estimation Projects on Project Management Software Primavera (P6.2).
• Preparation of monthly Construction Schedule for site execution.
• Preparation of MOM/Daily/Weekly & Monthly Report
• Integration of Schedule activities.
• Preparation of Monthly S-Curve.
• To supervise project schedule, manpower & quantity reporting & to ensure the preparation & presentation of the critical items action report.

-Preparing Of Mobilization Plan & Organization Chart.
-Preparation of Level-3 Schedule for 2x700MW Rajpura Thermal Power Plant on Project Management Software Primavera (P6.2).
