Job Description:

• Formulating Submittal for Drawing, RFI, Test Reports, Letters, Minutes of Meeting & Technical specification by MS WORD and PDF format
• Type of documents handled: - Faxes, letters, transmittals, invoices, quotations,
Weekly / monthly reports, purchase orders, shipping documents,
• Accountable for controlling, maintaining, monitoring, releasing of
Engineering drawing / documents and vendor documents.
• Confirming that the contractor incorporates comments in the document
before issuing next revision.
• Supporting Project Engineers in recording of all project documents.
• Generating project files according to document number and keep hard copy of document and comments/memo coming from departments or engineers.
• Preparation and up keeping of Engineering Document Register, Project
Dossier Index, Backlog report, weekly / monthly progress report.
• Acceptance of drawings and Documents from Consultant, upholding drawing register and filing, distribution of new / revised drawings to departments and engineers.
• Deal with telephone inquiries in a professional and competent manner whilst remaining polite and courteous at all times.
• In receipt of and monitoring letters, transmittals and technical documents.
