•Develop strategies, plans and issues in the field of human resources and lead efforts to recommend, disseminate and implement new or amended policies.

•Provide advice and support to the regular updating of salary and benefits costs.
•Support the Operational Management of the organization's technology needs, including the implementation and integration of system and technology initiatives necessary to achieve organizational goals.
•Ensure technological assets and network operations are well managed.
•Set Manpower plans for the university according to the Accreditation Criteria of the Higher Education Institutes.
•Supervise, audit and review correspondences of the work procedures.
•Provide the various faculties & departments with the needed academic and admin. Staff through interviewing, selecting and recruiting.
•Prepare the "Job Description and Job Analysis" Booklet throughout collecting, classifying and describing all posts of the University. Continuously work with recent posts.
