During this period I worked for the owner company at its group of companies, to oversee, lead, assess, and consult the HR departments in each of: Al-Ittihad schools, Ibn Alhaytham Hospital, The first for Financing Company, and other allied companies.





Achievements (most important):

• Led and supervised the initiative of computing the entire human resource departments in the company group in addition to establishing a fully integrated computerized database system like the employees system “ payroll “, “task management system “, “electronic archiving system“, “finger print system“ and finally, the “electronic recruitment system“ .
• Conducted market researches to study the salaries and benefits and made recommendations that were approved and adopted as the new salary/ wages scale in each of the university, Ibn Al-Haytham Hospital, and Al-Ittihad schools.
• Developed and maintained the internal regulations and policies of the company group in accordance to amendments to labor law and social security instructions.
• Have collected, categorized, and prescribed the university jobs in addition to prepare the job description booklet which has been accredited by ISO committee.
• Developed human resource management practices that respect, accommodate and promote linguistic, ethnic and cultural diversity.
