• Focus on A & B shops where we have sales potential to increase M/S and sales portion
• Working with Sales and SVC team to improve showroom to be sales & service point where the customer can have all services.
• Calculate P&L for each showroom comparing with each year performance and expenses
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly report of Retail empowerment improvement by location.
• Push to display most premium products for TV, DA and MX
• Using NERP system to submit plan proposals for each project while using BQMS to issue POs to start bidding in order to select vendors for production.
• Prepare and work on layouts, 3D design, Technical drawings, civil drawings and BOQ for each project. In addition work with procurement for jobs evaluations for each vendor to get best prices and improve vendor pool to get best quality and meet deadline for each project.
• Reporting for each project before and after besides having a proper flooring plan as required for each division.
