Initially I started my career as a Senior Application Developer and progressed to the level of Chief Information Officer
As a Chief Information Officer, I handle IT of the following companies, Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital, KAUST Clinics, KAEC Clinics, Fakeeh Medical Home Clinics (Nuzha, DSFMC, Thaghr) Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences, Fakeeh Complementary Healthcare Company Aman Home, Healthcare. I manage entire operational aspects and act as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management, Visualization, design and implementation of IT strategy aligned to business strategy; optimize both in-house and outsourced services by conceptualizing innovative strategies, establishing and maintaining an excellent working relationships and partnerships with the business units and corporate functions.
As a Deputy Chief Information Officer, I established and directed the strategic and tactical goals, policies and procedures for IT by creating the business model from scratch, ensured that all applications meet business requirements and fulfill end-user requirements. I interacted with clients to define engagement models along with project development and resource estimates and involved in preparing budgets and controlling finance coupled with planning, forecasting and delivery.
As an IT Projects Director, I drafted to design, establish, and implement IT Projects through Fakeeh Care and controlled HIS implementation, Oracle EBS implementation, Oracle PeopleSoft SIS implementation, Integration systems and BI data warehouse. Responsible for overseeing workers in various departments, who are assigned certain tasks to complete for a given project and involved in creating schedules and followed up with workers to ensure that each phase of a project proceeds as planned. I provided guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.
