I. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and implement the daily operations of the IT Operations team
• Ensure IT Operations team is staffed to handle company IT operations in way of preparing manpower plan, and follow up on recruitment activities
• Evaluates the performance of direct reports and provides performance evaluation reports to the HR & Admin department
• Ensure help desk tickets assigned to team are responded and closed in established due dates
• Submit weekly status report to direct manager
• Assesses the training needs of direct reports and prepares a training plan in coordination with the direct Manager
• Lead troubleshooting IT issues and indentify root cause and come up with corrective actions with suppliers if necessary
• Submit an IT Information Security policy, maintain a secure IT environment, and ensure security of data and information
• Develop and monitor the application of IT policies: (Operations, Documentation, Backup and Recovery Procedures)
• Ensure that all contingency plans and controls of the IT applications are operational
• Ensure that backups are made at the end of every working day to avoid any risk of loss, sabotage or destruction of data
• Supervise and implement the training of the Company’s personnel on the proper use of the IT applications
• Supervise and execute the installation of new PCs and computer applications at office and site levels
• Support of all necessary information systems to all departments at all company office locations and project office sites

• Extensive experience in architecting and implementing solutions of: private and hybrid cloud computing, virtualization and data centre solutions.
• Solid experience in a reputable firm(s) in the areas of infrastructure design and development within the framework of Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong knowledge in service management frameworks, like: ITIL
• Solid knowledge and skills in architecting solutions in distributed environments and multitier architecture.
