Conduct full needs assessment with current and potential small to medium enterprises and recommend appropriate financial products and services to meet needs, based on objectives, risk tolerance and proper asset allocations.
Evaluate credits within delegated limits and promote recommendations exceeding the limit as appropriate.

Sales/Prospecting Activities

• Demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, efficiency and customer advocacy in the branch resolving the most difficult customer issues.
• Work with staff to generate ways to pleasantly surprise customers, differentiating the bank from competitors.
Coaching/Leadership Activities
• Motivate staff into generating high sales performances while providing excellent service
