1. Coordinate with Sites and follow up all the correspondence from all Sites outside Dar Amman to make an electronic archiving system.

10. Flow up with the Engineers, Contractors to take an action for the outstanding issues.
11. Follow up the newspapers announcements for the acquisition land to provide it to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing while the Ministry of Finance will pay for it.
12. Responsible for the cars if need maintenance and arrange with the Agency.
