Key Responsibilities / Main Achievements:
* Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy
role, assisting managers to understand and implement policies and
procedures.
* Following up time attendance with all employees to check that all
leaves and vacations are delivered on time.
* Following, deliver and filing the yearly, quarterly and probationary
appraisals with the managers.
* Recruiting process - this includes developing job descriptions and
person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application
forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates under HR
manager supervision.
* Implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance
management, disciplinary procedures and absence.
* Administering payroll and implementing the monthly regular salaries in
details (allowances, deductions, calculation, closing etc…).
* Understanding and up dated all issues related to the labor law rules and
regulations.
* Preparing training Orientation - including inductions for new staff.
* Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
* Working on health insurance requirement (addition, cancellation,
approvals and any related issues.
* Preparing employees contracts for the new hiring.
* Maintaining an organized filing system related to employees’ files and
all HR deprtment subjects.
* Understanding the rules related to the social security law.
* Preparing all the needed letters related to the HR dept.
* Doing and preparing the final settlements for resigned employees and
keep their records.

* Compensations and benefits issues.
* Ensure that all data (employee and system setup) is updated and
maintained on the HR System.
* Create reports for management from the system as needed.
