Duties:
◦ Assuring the total import process/documents.
◦ Supervising and controlling importation process with all related parties (foreigner suppliers, customs authority, importations companies, clearance agents...etc.)
◦ Superviising the centeral warehouse.
◦ Handling/consolidation of placed orders.
◦ Checking and approving v.o.r, emergency, airfreight and sefreight orders.
◦ Cooperation with finance department on costing.
◦ Price structure (price walk).
◦ Stock analyising - Preparing dead stock every year.
◦ Handling and preparing Local tenders of VIP (Presidency, National defense Council (NDC) and Armament authority.
◦ Cooperation with the sales department on introduction of new vehicle models
◦ Observation of the parts market.
◦ Parts price analysis.

◦ Supervising dealers network ( 6 dealers for Mercedes-Benz and 4 dealers for CJD).
◦ Target agreements of the dealers’ network, following-up their achievements.
◦ Planning and approving the incentive trips for parts managers.
◦ Marketing MB and MOPAR Accessories and customers.
◦ Coordination of activities for Accessories.
◦ Responsible for running sister company - as Vehicles Logistic Manager- for car importation (Chrysler /Jeep/ Dodge)

◦ Handling - personally- all orders for VIP customers ( Presidency, Armament Authority, and national defense Council) together with DaimlerChrysler AG.
◦ Co-operate with sales deptartment for VIP Orders
