1- Equestrian & Horse Racing Club.
The project consists of 32 buildings with total build up area 112’000
sqm.
Project Landscape works with total area 200’000 sqm.
Project value amounting 181 million USD.
Infrastructure works including but not limited to : Electrical services
such as BMS, PA, TV, …etc and Mechanical Services such as HVAC, Fire
Fighting, Water supply, Irrigation, Drainage…etc.Implementation of all
water supply and sanitation of the project, consisting of 38 stables with all
services and buildings as well as the fire, in addition to irrigation networks
with 3 tanks and link water for irrigation tank with the road network.
2- Central Offices for Qatar Petroleum.
• The project consists of Three towers with total build up area 35’000sqm.
• Project Landscape with total area 62’000sqm.
• Implementation of the water network and sewage with sewage
stations and road network
