• Introduce, maintain and follow up HSE programs, SMS.
• Ensure safety working practices, equipment and tools.
• Elaborate, Coordinate and develop Emergency Response Procedures & Drills.
• Elaborate, coordinate and implement safety work analysis, Job hazard analysis - Risk assessments.
• Elaborate and follow up Safety Work Procedures.
• Provide Safety Support to perform Critical Works at Classified (Hazardous) Areas.
• Coordinate and support HSE Training.
• Coordinate and follow up Permit to work System.
• Develop Safety Programs / encourage and monitor employs accountability and compliance of SMS practices and procedures
• Conduct Accident Investigation to determine root & contributing causes, elaborate report and provide recommendation to control recurrence. - Compile and elaborate Accident statistics, recordkeeping.
• Conduct and carry out Environmental Contamination & Pollution evaluation and Control according to EPA regulations.
• Evaluate and control Hazardous Product Handling and Final Disposal.
• Manage, Coordinate or supervise Safety Activities during Construction, Commissioning, Start Up of Oil Facilities, Drilling and Production operations.
