 Plans, directs, and controls the monthly financial and accounting work plan.
 Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts.
 Preparing, consolidating, reviewing and analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the company.
 Analyzing the Income Statement and Balance Sheet. Conducting Comparative Analysis, Trend movements and Common Size Analysis, Budget Analysis, Credit Analysis, Sales Analysis, Investment Analysis, Money Market Analysis & Risk Analysis had conducted for the period to assess the company’s performance by financial strength and weakness.
 Ratio analysis is also done by using various ratios: Coverage ratio is to measure the company’s ability to satisfy particular obligation. Return ratio is to measure the net benefit, relative to the resources expended. Turnover ratio is to measure the gross benefit, relative to the resources expended. Financial leverages ratio provides information on the degree of a company’s fixed financial obligations and its ability to satisfy these financial obligations. Conclusions had drawn from the analysis and suggestions are offered to the management.
 Established strict control on receivables collection, aging analysis, credit granting procedures, compliance with credit limit and period. Methods and procedures applied while granting or increasing credit facilities.
 Implemented internal checks & controls in financial activities to safeguard assets from potential risks.
 Reviewed on periodic basis the key risk areas; quantified risk and planned risk-based audit accordingly.
 Develops and maintains the finance and accounting policies and procedures, and ensures that it is properly implemented across the branches.
 Coordinates, supervises, and follows-up all financial, accounting, and budgeting activities.

