1. Responsible for day to day Finance and Accounts Operations.
2. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely Closing of accounts.
3. Review and approve payment vouchers and Journal Entries.
4. Handle Full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role Eg:- AR, AP, GL, Forecasting, budgeting etc.
5. Perform project cost forecast/Budgets, cost tracking, Monitoring and Controls.
6. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
7. Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
8. Ensure accurate and timely payments.
9. Arranging for periodic Inventory Verification and also reconciling and updating the same in the System.
10. Analysis movements of Stock and preparing Various Reports of the Buyer’s as per their Requirements.
1. Process full Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable Cycle
2. Reconciliation of Vendor and Customer Accounts to ensure accuracy.
3. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
4. Customer follow-up through Call and Correspondence.
5. Performing other related duties as required or as directed by the divisional managers.
6. Preparing and distributing payroll of office and field departments including cheques, vouchers, and reports.
