• Coverage planning for optimal network performance.
• Optimize existing network and troubleshooting problems within GSM network
• Provide customer support for GSM and 3G network
• Provide Test drives for different area to measure Signal power, interference and Channels
• Deduct Site Survey for new sites
• Assign RF channels for the new sites
• Provide telephone support to Zain corporate customers
• Use Zain internal incident and problem management system to log, investigate and resolve / escalate incidents in accordance with company processes
• Assist with the review and hands on configuration of special network configuration projects
• Provide support to other project activities within head office.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems regarding broadband connection (ADSL, WIMAX and 3G).
