-Design and construct expansion/upgrade projects (Automation, Instrumentation and Electrical) including issuing engineering specs./layouts, sizing, selection, purchasing bids, documentation and conduct related FAT/ SAT sessions .
-Configuring and supporting statistical analysis of plant historian data (OSISoft PI)
-Follow ATEX standards in hazardous areas, including intrinsically safe calculations and selection.
-Conduct day maintenance activites using MAXIMO and plan for annual CAPEX/budgets and major repair tasks including LV/MV EDM program.
-Be a part of the plant RCM program including criticality analysis identification .
-Establish clear written procedures to be followed for existing and new equipments assisted by trainings to the local team and arrange any MOC requirements.
-Assist troubleshooting and fault finding techniques including RCA sessions .
-Stress on work and life safety concepts as LOTO, Work permits, Safety inspections, BBS and safety trainings to the team.
-Assist in Hazards identification sessions using SWIFT analysis and creating SIF risk assessment documents for electrical and instrumentation tasks.

1-Maintaining and developing plant control system that consists of:
a)Rockwell Factorytalk SE redundant HMI system with Controllogix, SLC, ..PLCs and Siemens S7-300 PLCsfor process automation.
b)RockwellRSview32 HMI with Controllogix and SLC PLCs for Utilities automation (70 tons Boiler and water treatment station)
c)Wonderware Intouch HMI with Triconex Tricon PLC for a Steam turbine equipped with 6.6MW generator.
2-Sizing, Maintaining and configuring smart and conventional instruments supplied by Endress+Hausser and ABB that includes Level, Pressure, Temperature, Flow and analytical transmitters with the use of digital communication protocols as MODBUS, HART, ControlNet, …
3-Maintain weighing systems including two 120tFairbanks truck scales.
-Creating and using PM and PDM programs for plant production lines .
-Maintaining and developing plant control systems including:Siemens S5&S7 PLCs, Telemecanique TSX-47 PLCs and Mitsubishi PLCs
-Using and Configuring plant control system including: CSI UCOS DCS, Rockwell SLC PLCs and Siemens S5 PLCs
