- Prepared utility strategy document for 110MW IT Data Center.
- Coached and mentored junior engineers.

- Managing the electro-mechanical design of telecom facilities, mobile shelters and Data Centers, and managing the engineers responsible of the supervision on implementation.
- Electrical & Mechanical designs (GenSets, Switchgear, UPSs, DC rectifiers, CCUs, Fire Fighting…) for the POPs and Data Centers and mobile shelters.
- Communications, technical negotiations and meetings with international clients to meet their infrastructure requirements (AT&T, RIM…)
- Researches, reports and business case studies about using new eco-friendly energy solutions in the sites (PEM Fuel Cell, Raising A/C Temperatures’ Set, Solar Panels, Hybrid Solutions…)

1) Designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure installation of BlackBerry data center in UAE. (160 Racks)
2) Managing the automation of the process and database through NetCracker.
3) Leading a project for providing Battery Monitoring System to our sites, this includes specifications design, technical evaluation and implementation.
4) Leading a project for providing cooling backup solution for our Roof Top shelters.
5) Specifying, designing, and managing the implementation of hybrid and solar solutions in mobile sites.
6) Studying, designing, and managing the implementation of fuel monitoring system for mobile sites.
7) HPA rooms (160 Racks) (designs, evaluation of the bidders on all electro mechanical systems, construction and power management).
- Technical evaluation for all offers related to our team.
- Managing & supervising the implementation of all electro mechanical systems at the sites and ensuring they will maintain quality and comply with du standards, TIA standards & procedures manuals, ensure meeting target dates for the deliveries, and meet budgeted costs.
- Projects cost estimation.
- RFP for all special electrical and cooling systems: preparing specifications, evaluation of offers and contract finalization.
- Preparing a database for all the sites, with all their systems.
- Preparing the Purchase Requests (PR) and following up till it get approved by everyone using ERP system.
- CAPEX & OPEX studies, possibilities of savings.
- Yearly budgeting for the EM team, follow up on utilization and realization.
- Emergency coordinator for the team.

1) IMPZ data center (150 rack space) (design, evaluation of the bidders on all electro mechanical items, and implementation).
2) Designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure installation of AT&T node in UAE. (12 Racks)
3) Fujeirah Cable Landing Station (300 sqm rack spaces) (designs, evaluation of the bidders on all electro mechanical systems, construction and power management).
4) Risk assessment on our main data centers and providing solutions for the same.
5) Design of the process/database automation through NetCracker.
6) AUH Core (80 rack space) (design, evaluation of the bidders on all electro mechanical items, and implementation).
Title Site engineer but duties as projects engineer:
- Managing the site and the menpower under my hand.
- Designing shop drawings for electrical and low current services.
- Sending enquiries and finalizing with suppliers.
- Take offs and meetings at sites.
- Taking management of a 2B + G + 7 hotel apartments at Mankhool Area and 8 B/R villa at Tawar Area..
- Working as IT support and administrator inside the company as per my background in Computer and Telecom.
- Helping in preparing the cost analysis of the project.
Service engineer for machines like Creo, Glunz & Jensen, Atlantic Zeiser, Xerox ... in one of the first prepress and press companies in the KSA, Hoshan Graphic Arts.

- Aftersales support via internet or phone or by going to the site leading a team of technicians..

It was a six monthes contract, I had to create a database program using VB and Access, for the management of the palestinian patients in their hospitals here in Lebanon. As well as I was a network supervisor and a hardware technician.
I had to act with PLCs and to program them for a water pumping project in north Lebanon, and I had to act with the communications protocols between PLCs.
It was my training before my last university year, all the work was ASP programming.
