Oversees, maintains and troubleshoots local area networks; Performs preventative
maintenance in accordance with department policies;
Installs applications software on the networks; maintains network documentation;
Creates and maintains users, directory structures, security rights and printer configurations;
Discusses software applications with users to determine level of satisfaction and/or the need to
modify software;
Trouble shoots technical problems; notifies appropriate technology staff of software failures and
provides computer diagnostics;
Maintains database of inventory of workstations and associated equipment; assists in research
and purchase of hardware and software;
Recommends reallocation of operating staff and equipment resources to meet network
requirements;
Provides technical advice and assistance to users concerning data communication equipment
and data transmission;
Oversees electronic e-mail system;
May train administrative and clerical staff on basic computer usage and office applications
software such as EXCEL, Word Perfect, Lotus, Power Point;
May research and evaluate new technologies and attend training sessions and seminars to
further knowledge;
• prepare a plan and program implementation projects
• follow up the implementation of the plan with the team and get off the ground constantly
• put the general budget of the projects and identify funding sources and continue execution
• monitor the implementation of projects in various stages, and evaluate progress in the implementation, and identify obstacles and problems, and to take action to avoid them and solve them.
• develop mechanisms and methods of implementation of the project
• the development and introduction of mechanisms that help to measure and monitor the quality of programs that provide for the target groups
• Update the models used in the project, including making work more efficient and effective
• meeting with financiers when visiting project activities
• the final technical responsibility for all project activities
• direct responsibility for managing the daily activities of the projects so as to achieve the desired results in the exact timing according to plan.
•documenting the achievements of the projects in coordination with the Department of Public Information
• periodically assess the needs of the program and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the services provided by the program, according to indicators and evaluation criteria set.
• Work on writing proposals for the possibility of continuing the project with the taxpayer, according to the results of the project and target new categories and offer to the Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Director
• attract staff and education programs to deal with them and broadcast team spirit and cooperation between them, and the division of labor according to the capabilities of each employee.
• Ensure an accurate system for keeping all project files either on your computer or hard copy, and be clear to all involved in the project
